Player intentionally trolls me, I'm the bad guy, and I'm likely gonna get the suspension for it.

This isn't my first time on the forums starting a discussion about player behavior in the champ select screen of ranked, and it probably won't be my last unless something gets changed. I hover Jhin adc in champ select. No one says a word. My support bans Jhin without a word. I ask him why and he silently picks Jayce for support with ignite. We make it into game and he immediately calls me retarded. I all chat asking for a 9x for Jayce trolling/griefing and verbal abuse. Noone says a word. The only thing said to me is by me mid lane veigar that 'Jhin isn't good anyway' defending the troll Jayce. Once lane phase starts Jayce is purposely going out of his way to out CS me, and the kills we do get set up he goes out of his way to last hit. Which under normal circumstances I wouldn't tilt too bad at a supp getting last hits but it was obvious his goal from the start of the game was to be the carry not the support. About 9 minutes into the game my PC crashes and I immediately load back in. I don't know why it happened. But I immediately load back in and get back into the game (despite being exceedingly tilted at this point) only to be met with my team saying they are all going to report me for AFK. So. I get trolled. My PC crashes. And my head is the one on the chopping block. I'm not posting this to 'cry' about it. I'm posting it because this is just ridiculous that likely I am going to be punished for something outside of my control, and the troll who was hellbent on tilting me is likely going to get off free. Does anyone know anything that can be done for these sorts of circumstances? A preemptive way of dealing with this? Last time I got someone trolling in champ select I dodged only to be met with a suspension for that. What are we supposed to do?
