Pre and post game Insta feedback

They're already there. In fact, they've been there for some time -- the only difference is that the chat logs now show them, rather than the text being excluded from the logs (even when it is considered by the system).

Have been for a while. Even before they were added to the report card.

They always were reviewed. Just not shown in the reform card due to technical reasons.

So 2 follow up questions, if someone uses hate speech in pre game and someone dodges will the system catch that or do u still need to submit a support ticket to report that. Second question when it comes to being punished is post game chat considering equal to game chat. I know I am guilty of letting toxic players know my true feelings in post game once in awhile that would have got me a possible ban if I said it during the game.
