Report a trolling smurf?

Is there anyway to send a game in or something that shows proof of troll? "Afked" by not helping team and just roaming to prevent leaver buster.

Reporting at the end of the game does exactly that.

LeaverBuster can still detect those who just wander around to prevent getting LeaverBuster as long as you report them :)

Na riot has a bot doing all of that and if he didn't get kicked within 5 minutes for afk there's no literal way they know if he was afk.
