Chat restriction/trying to communicate the problems

So i got Chat restricted, but the thing is i was communicating how this player could better himself. and often times that doesn't ever come out well. I could have just not said anything, and just sit at fountain waiting for the game to end in my games(so i could just requeue) but no one gets anything from that.

(and chances are that player will make the same mistakes/stay in iron.)

So SMH for getting punished for trying to explicitly make it obvious to help a player. and make the problems obvious, even teammates were agreeing with me.

Maybe that's what i will do, i'll just play games and not say anything and just painfully sit to the side as people make the same mistake over and over. because that's what riot deems acceptable in a Team Game Lol

the Learning experience is often an unpleasant one in the real world, really need to give thought to the snowflake mindset. especially if this game is one built on teamwork/communication

I noticed in my time on this board that people have a way of downplay what was said or done in the game. Even in real life, the way you COMMUNICATE to HELP someone makes a big difference in whether or not the person listen and accept what you said or tell you to fuck off. That has less to do with snowflake and more to do with the MANNER in which you communicate with that person. If you want to have a meaningful discussion, why don't you post the FULL, UNEDITED, COMPLETE chatlogs of all games in your report card.

for context, annie was super toxic/ said she would int if I took some tower gold, so I said stuff then muted, it was then like a 4v5 with a really fed vayne, and a maokai and I don't remember the other player

and vayne and myself were trying to get the mao to initiate/engage before we lost our lead, it was funny because after all that, amumu snared out vayne and everyone died, despite our efforts to get him to do that for us the mao was also flaming me for having no CS, but i was funneling it to vayne since she was so ahead, and obviously the carry

2nd game was me just having fun because our yasuo was being so aggressive towards me, but he'd miss all his q's lol yasuo was begging me to go back to bot, but he'd miss all the opportunities i gave him with a full ali combo

oh yeah and somehow they reset blue buff to full health, so i did laugh at the jglr, it's really funny to watch if u watch the game, i was like how could they mess that up, yasuo gets 2 auto's omg (i wasn't there for leash and he was mad at me, like it was my fault for the reset)

and our midlaner was playing azir, because pregame someone banned his champ, and he was just really really not an azir player, he even stated It himself lol. so i really didn't care about that game i was just going to have fun my own way lol. wasn't really angry or anything, got some good laughs lol

for some reason its not on there, but I also said this yasuo (misses all Q's) yasuo: my support is trolling " " enemy ezreal adc: lmao idk that game started off bad, people were flaming each other in the pre-game lobby so i mean, i was going to get some laughs from it lol, i knew it wasn't going to end well lol sucks i got punished for it, when the setting was just so bad lol

If you consider that constructive criticism, you should probably seek professional advice.

I find it hard to believe anyone else was more toxic than that, all you did from the start was flame everything that moved. Entirely deserved, surprised it was not a straight-up ban.

if that was a straight up ban, half the league community would be out lol there's definitely way worse/ more toxicity amongst league

I usually don't say anything cuz I've been chat restricted before, but I do have fun from time to time, I see it as banter lol and this annie in our games, sort of started it

I read through your chatlogs. You had 1 line teaching Maokai how to engage and position, and that was probably at the end of the game.

**You telling him to engage engage engage when he doesn't know how to position to engage is indeed what you identified as the problem, but your words offer no proper advice. It's like telling someone to play safe when they don't know how to. **

Looking at the stats of that game, he was probably being ripped by Malzahar and too scared to engage. Make sense, seeing that their comp counters yours, especially you don't do any dmg with your tanknivia.

Tell him to throw a sapling between the front and back line when there are no minions and tell Sylas to Ezreal ult at the same time.

The back line would scatter and the front will get slowed.

Viola, your engage set up is complete for Maokai or Sylas.

Then you tell Annie and Sylas to focus on Soraka and not blow everything on the front line, while you focus on zoning (even though you don't do any dmg because of your tanknivia build).

If people are under performing and you want to pick them up, give them precise instructions and game plan. Continuously screaming engage engage engage engage won't help them learn how to engage.

How else will people ever learn, how to function as a team (which is probably the ultimate goal in this game) if you encourage very superficial and fake behavior in your games.

you guys should really be encouraging, reflecting on mistakes, and maybe have some input postgame on what people perhaps thought most lost them the game. that way people actually grow instead of having to go into the same games, and make the same mistakes only to have their teammates begrudgingly hold their tongue for fear of a ban, like I just got lol.

maybe higher elo's could supervise, lower elos input, because everyone in low elo blames each other rather than actually knowing how the game works

If someone is in the mood to improve themselves in the game there are more reliable sources than someone else who is in the same elo as them.

I mean it's a team game, and the other good player in the game, our vayne was like 14/2 saying the same thing, we were trying to get this maokai to initiate for us, but he just farmed. so a lot of my text was like, DUDE GO INITIATE FOR THE VAYNE. (BAN)

I mean my problem with this is that people are often times unaware of their mistakes, that's why I think it was cool that I agreed with the adc on our team. that sort of showed a team mindset of, here's what needs to happen, and it's not happening and that's why we're losing.

and it'd be great for this to be part of the game so people can reflect on their mistakes. idk it's hard. rare to meet a person who is sincere, rather than get personally invested, and just straight up rude

that's why people have that "open mid" response which is fine, even I think qtpie and Tobias fate just had a game like that where, qt feeds on Sona and blames Tobias lol

high elo players do it all the time, to save themselves the time of continuing a poor game i think it's more commonly acceptable in korea because they pay by the hour or something into like cyber cafe's and stuff so don't say it's not allowed lol, people do it, and they agree to do it at a professional level
