League's justice system is TERRIBLE

Honestly, I don't know how whoever makes these decisions, has kept their jobs for god knows how long.

this being a game, trash talking is fun, all kinds of people do it everywhere, but instead of making it a problem and muting people, you should have the option of being matched with people who are fine with trash talking, and those who feel sensitive to that kind of behavior. that way no one gets banned, and no one hates riot, AND now people get to vent without being frustrated over a ban or whatever.

I can kind of get the perspective some people are coming from, I've seen riot lyte's posts, but all i can think of when I see that which i consider to be garbage are social justice warriors and it's just frustrating. (It's very similar to being pro-life from my perspective.) it's really not that big of a deal, the only exceptions i can think of are death threats or kill yourself remarks.

leaver buster, who in their right minds makes this happen? this is so frustrating, because team builder was great and now you have this new queue, which i actually just got penalized for because my neighbor happened to knock on the door, there is WAY too much waiting around for picks and bans. I just want to queue up and you know play that character i want to play. people should just be fired lol. I'm sorry, it's just embarrassing to be messing around with a system that was already good, and now this. All this tells me is that riot wastes their time redoing stuff that doesn't need to be redone instead of expanding actual gameplay and taking the game experience to new levels. but whatever do your thing riot. i'm still playing your game. haha.

I think most people would be pretty happy with a "toxic" queue and a "non-toxic" queue. That said, I doubt Riot will ever do it because 1) splitting the player base into multiple queues makes queue times longer and match making less balanced and 2) Riot doesn't want to reward toxic behavior with its own queue. What it really comes down to is Riot has decided to take a strong stand on toxic behavior and I can't really fault them for that. If you don't like their stance then you don't agree to their Terms of Use and you should not play the game or spend money on it (remember that you click "I agree" to the terms of use every time a new patch comes out.) There are plenty of other MOBAs where I'm sure you can trash talk all you want.

If you don't want to wait for picks/bans just play blind pick.

Disagree with you on the AFK point. One person going AFK severely inhibits a team's ability to win so there have to be harsh punishments to discourage people from doing it (especially in ranked.)

I don't mind getting trash talked. I do mind when someone won't shut up about my mother and cancer in the same sentence.
