Proper behavior and the PBE

Hi, I had a question to riot about what I can do to get into the PBE. I play the game often, but I have gotten two 10 game chat bans before for being toxic (out of my over 1k games I believe). How can I change and PROVE to riot I can be a positive influence in the community? I really want to be able to be in the PBE, and I'm willing to show that I can change, but I don't know how. depends on when you got restricted.

I had one back in the start 2015, but never again, and still got accepted into the Alpha of the new Client.
