[GAMEPLAY] Hail of Blades attack speed does not properly apply to Yasuo's Q

This is really easy to reproduce- If you play as Yasuo with hail of blades, procing hail of blades with his q does not allow the attack speed to apply to his q cd. Because attack speed reduces Yasuo's q cooldown, not CDR, and I guess the ability goes on cooldown before the attack speed is granted, the cooldown for his q is not lowered as it should be.
