Submitting a report on another player does not give you a free pass to misbehave yourself. Nor does Riot’s HR issues (find me one company that has never had an HR issue. You can’t) absolve you of responsibility for your actions.
I see no reason your post would be removed though, you’ve violated no rules of the boards so...
You shouldn't have to send in a support ticket unless you forgot to report their behavior or their behavior was extremely odd.
Nowhere in this post do you discuss your behavior, which is the only factor when it comes to receiving punishments.
We don't like banning players from the forums; it's a last resort when removal messages and suspensions don't work.
The forced victim mentality isn’t going to get you much sympathy on these boards.
I mean, I could see it potentially getting removed for low effort. That could actually be fixed by telling us more about the situation so a discussion could actually happen.

If you spam the boards, you'll get a warning, yes. Your post might also get removed. If you've violated the rules enough times, you'll only be gone for 2-3 days.

Defending yourself isn't a justification to flame others, even if they act like total a-holes. Mute and report is the most efficient way to deal with toxic people. You shouldn't need to send out a support ticket about every toxic player you encounter.
