Riot Games Banning System (someone help please)

If you are reading this, anyone from Riot, I have recently been permanently banned from League of Legends, all because of one game. I decided to go over the chat logs for this one game, and personally I believe that I have done nothing to receive this punishment. My chat logs are below.

As you can see, although i did say in chat "top is open", if you review the game, I did not purposely open top. Rengar ganked me, i died, and rammus ran to my lane and intentionally threw the turret by running under it and purposely dying to Rengar and Nasus. I believe that people have said much worse things than me, and have not been punished for it. I highly recommend going over this game, and seeing if I really am worthy of a permanent ban. If anyone from the community has been through something similar to this, please spread this discussion so we can get Riot's attenton. Thanks a lot everyone.

You did not get permed because of this one game. You got permed because of the previous toxic behavior leading to the 14-day ban ON TOP of this one game.

As for the chatlog itself. Regardless of whether you actually opened top not, if your teammate repeatedly said he will open top, how would you feel? What would be your morale at that point? You also repeated argued and flamed your teammate. You call for report on that teammate with the expressed purpose of trying to get him in trouble. It's not so much what you said in a particular line, but the entire tone of your chatlog is extremely negative and flamey.

No-one here can do anything - submit a support ticket to Riot. That said, if you've previously had a 14-day suspension then this would be enough to tip you over; they do warn that any further punishments, however minor, will lead to a permanent ban.

Remove your private contact information before you end up a victim of spam.

Your comm logs have a fair amount of negativity in them. Considering you most likely had a 14 day recently, the next punishment would be a perm.

All of this is definitely chat that would merit a punishment - and if this followed after a 14-day ban, then of course it's going to result in a permanent ban. They warn you about that.

OK so you're obviously lying, it's not "just because of this one game". It's very VERY obvious that you already had a 2 week ban. AM I RIGHT?

Now your 2week ban ended, and what do you do? First game you get a troll, you turn into one yourself and make the game experience even worse. Playing League you have to expect trolls, sadly that's reality. Turning into one yourself has NEVER saved a game in the history of LoL.

So, with that being said: Yes, you deserve that permaban. Maybe you learn from it, if you decide to make a new account.
