so you mean to tell me if someone ints my game without saying a god damn word in chat, he continues to play with no punishment. Meanwhile if someone says a few bad words they get punished. love this company :DDDDD

Intentional feeding normally gets a 2-week ban when it's caught. If you report them in the post game, that should suffice. But if you don't feel like they were punished, or they had an obscure case, then by all means utilize a support ticket.
