Players feeding , running down lanes, inting...

Throughtout the past 2-3 month i had players flame , int , run down lanes because they either didn't get their role , or they are queued together. I can't do anything about it because the intentional feeding report does not do anything. Another problem that i had is getting placed with 2 bronze players , while they had a gold 5 , and a gold 3 player. You really need to fix that.

Also skarner needs a rework , i haven't seen anyone play him for the past month or so.
