Dishonorable
I got a 14 day ban for saying some bad stuff in chat , and that was 3 month ago . Im still dishonorable , but my friend who got unbanned today got a honor level instantly . That does not make any sense , wtf riot

People who are chat restricted will not drop to level 0 but will drop to level 1. If your friend was chat restricted and started back with level 1, they haven't regained any honor yet.
I'm pretty sure Riot made it so if you get a chat ban you aren't able to get any honor, either forever until the end of the season. My friend got a chat ban 6 months ago (first offense for him) and is still Honor Level 1.
I wouldn't count on ever getting your honor back.
You fall a flat amount, depending on what your honor level was at the time, it will not always zero out.
The account I got banned on unlocked 2 days after my 14 day.
All depends on how honorable you are.
