Ironically, a moment of silence in their games could have saved them from losing their rewards.

I only give one Moment of silence in November and thats for Remembrance Day. Anymore would be disrespectful
I wonder how many more will get banned or punished in the next 12 hours. LOL, I'll drink to the person that raged and got banned in the last game of the season.
Those punished are still salty and ranting in my games. They can get a moment of silence when The Djinn lets me eat him.

It's ok Riot is giving you a better chance next season to get your rewards even if you're toxic. You'll have borders, you'll have rewards for at least one split (unless you're perma'd) and you'll only have to get Honor lvl 1.
