Nani? it's over 300!
.....? How and where is that info created also you know this yet you do nothing about said average player base to curb toxicity aside from banning players with the harshest intents...Just curious seeings I'm well over "400%" in terms of non toxicity and being honored. Like thanks for the Key fragment and all but that number seems a bit too high to go unnoticed a very exceptionally High percentage of your player base by what that is saying is extremely toxic and yet you don't seem to have any solutions outside of banning players.
That's a loose loose strategy in my honest opinion you possibly loose a player who is probably a long time player who has spent countless amounts of money on this game and possible merchandise and that doesn't fix the issue they will just go on to possibly another account and begin the cycle a new if they are stubborn enough...and from what I have read you have a very intense ban policy of one strike weather that's a chat ban, 14-day ban, or what have you of your first time offense bans straight from that to Permanent ban.
I just feel like you could have a more teachable system depending on the severity of the incident like say someone is intentionally feeding the other team and throwing the game if they do this (insert number of times here) they get a (insert number of days ban here) repeated offensives of this nature after say 3 bans, one 3 day ban then a 7 day ban then 14 day ban the next constitutes a perma ban...but if a player is just being toxic over chat then you apply the same method but with the chat function start with (number of games chat restriction) move on to (number of days chat restriction) to ultimately revoking that accounts chat privileges all together instead of just "killing that account".
Your system is treating every case as if they are all one crime if the justice system had the death penalty for murder and say Jay walking and every illegal action in between just one blanket solution for all crimes instead of a case by case system you know how many more people would be on death row and how much more crime would be rampant because if one small action is going to implore the highest of punishments then you might as well go with the highest of actions possible because that's how the system would work...and from what I'm seeing your blanket banning solution only breeds toxicity from what your own numbers say. anyway that's just my two cents on this but I would really like to see what people think in a calm manor in the comments. ^w^ bye for now!
