Permanent Ban

So in the game lobby one of my teammates banned another teammate's champ by accident. He was supposed to be jungle and so he went to my lane, which was top, and fed. I asked people to report him after game and he reported me after the game and I got perma-banned. I have played on this account for years and invested so much time, only to be banned because of someone who can't handle their champ being banned and then acting like a ten year old. What is Riot as a community saying, that this kind of behavior is acceptable and fine? And that me being upset about someone not only taking my lane, but also intentionally feeding means a permanent ban? I've only had one temporary ban before and then this right away? It seems extremely unfair to me that a player like that gets to get away with this while I get my account which I've had for years, get banned.

Edit: Here's chat logs. Yeah I swore and got pissed off. Reason I posted was isn't it supposedly 4 bans before a perma-ban? And honestly it's just shitty to lose an account 109 levels in for this kind of bs. The CAPS part was gp crapping on me cause his WW got banned. (I wasn't the one who banned it and teammate said it was an accident)

Why? Why not do it yourself? It can be considered harassment and you likely got off a 14-day ban. They WARNED you your next punishment would be perma.

Report dont stack at all. 1 report is equal to 9 reports. Can you bring us the chat logs? (UNEDIT CHAT LOG)

You are only sorry after you were banned. (not relevant but putting that out there)

you can simply...... /muteall or /mute team or TAB and click on their icon. you become part of the issue when you decided to express your "pissed-off-ness", your teammates might not be happy with your choice of words, your response your whatever.

Stories like this usually cannot stand up to the test of investigation. So a player came up to your lane while you QUIETLY continue on with your business would never get you banned. I am embarrassed just thinking about what that chat log potentially look like. LOL, Enjoy the ban man. He wronged you, sure, but you are a sinner.
