Game keeps alt tabbing

My League keeps alt tabbing for no reason. I know it is not just a league problem but no boards on Microsoft has been any help so I am turning to the League community. 90% of the solutions I saw were going to Task Scheduler Library> Microsoft> Office then deleting the file BackgroundTaskHandleRegistration. My problem is that the folder Office is not under Microsoft on my Task Scheduler Library. I cannot find anything else. I can't play any games. I can't play L4D2. And I definitely cannot play League as multiple people has been harassing me about shortly afking. Plus my laptop is slow so alt tabbing takes at least a full minute or two back into the game. Any help would be very much appreciated please and thank you.

Edit: To anyone having this problem what worked for me was deleting AVG. I saw a thread where someone said AVG had issues and they were even brought to court once for bringing viruses in and deleting them or something just to prove themselves useful. I use malwarebytes now but I just shut off everything in the background about it and use it every now and then. I even just recently downloaded Microsoft Office for college and all it did was drop my fps. Solved it by doing what everyone said in like 99% of the boards I saw: turn off the BackgroundOfficeRegistration check or whatever under Task Scheduler

I have the same problem.

I used the following path to find the task:

Task Scheduler Library > Microsoft > OfficeBackgroundTaskHandleRegistration

I haven't confirmed if that fixes it yet. I'll follow up.

I have the same problem, League of Legends and other games alt-tab randomly (I have checked if it was at a certain time). I haven't been handling new software on my computer nor have I been doing downloads from unknown websites, also checked with Avast and Malwarebytes, nothing found, so I am pretty sure it's not a virus. I have used Window Focus Logger to see what's going on and nothing comes up. I am really getting desperate at this point because I usually know what's wrong with my computer but I have never dealt with something like this before. I tried most of the online solutions I could find till now, still nothing changes. One thing I noticed is that it is less frequent in League, which means that my game alt tabs less in League than in, for example, Total War or Europa Universalis 4...

If someone could help, it would really be apreciated...

What do you mean 'AVG'?? I have the same issue. Once every game, I get randomly alt tabbed, sometimes during a fight. I just lost a game because of it.
