very rarely

if you ban people for being dicks in chat they eventually learn ways to be dicks in game that avoids the system

if people want to ruin a game they will ruin the game it's imposible to detect soft inting because you can always excuse it with "bad play"

they very rarely ban trolls even when it's obious (such as a support never going bot or buying a support items or a jg changing his smite for Something else)

Define a troll and maybe link a few games where you thought there was a troll in your game.

are you genuinely doubting the existence of trolls or are you just trying to be a passive aggressive guy?

What he said was quite straightforward. Define a troll. That is different to "I don't know if trolls exist". Can you put into clear guidelines what does and doesn't count as trolling, in a way that will **never ** punish someone who doesn't deserve it, that can be detected automatically?

first off, you know exactly what i meant there. second off it's pretty easy to detect when a player dies more than 3 times before 8 minutes and then has 0 impact on the game for the rest of it. and it's easy to punish them in a fair way : make them lose more lp.

You know exactly what he meant too and yet you put words in his mouth.

So you can guarantee every time what you said happens that the person is trolling? I've seen plenty of pros do that on stage, I guess they should be banned.

Sure that is easy to detect numerically. However such actions alone doesn't mean the person is trolling.

The reason why I ask for his definition is that a good chunk of people, including yourself, have a poor definition of what a troll is.

People doing poorly alone is not a punishable offense. However some people, like yourself, are dead set that these people needs to get punished, but they never will be by Riot's standards. So you just end up getting frustrated and complaining that papa rito ain't doing nothing and instead take matters in your own hand then flame others for it.

Now you get permabanned and you'll further flame papa rito for not doing their job, when all along it was your perspective that was incorrect.
