Does riot do anything about trolls mmmmmmmmm

i feel like riot doesnt ban people for trolling dont know y, riot if u read this put it this way if someone was cheating in the game will people play the game?..... same think with trolls do you guys think people will like to play a game where losing is not a choice cause of trolls , you guys need to help us more, we suffer so much because of people like this.. just so you all know this guy inspire me to write this.
