LOL FIXING MY FILES

while playing a match my game when crazy and randomly started to fixing my files and because of that my team had to surrender at the beginning of the game and i lost 15 rank points so riot i am asking u to return my points that is an hour of game play, and i shouldn't even lost any points cause it was a surrender from the start of the game so do something please other player my go through this problem as well
