Have to agree with this site to the point where players are just flat out stupid, or trolls the problem is true, Junglers often throw off a persons lane who is going good, champions like Tahm, Bard, and other ones that can intentionally grief your team-mates are used to troll your team, and nothing gets done about it I feel the last weeks has been awful experience of players mostly junglers but sometimes other lane players either (Trolling) or just flat out being dumb by throwing off peoples lanes.
Now you can't be toxic in game because you get banned yourself for saying hurtful comments, but there needs to be (Replays of all games) provided as so players can actually be manually punished via a tribunal, or way to keep such players from being matched with the same person a few days later or something I hear players are matched with other people they reported a few games later.
The problem mainly is players in Solo Queue don't often play alike many different minds, creates toxicity vs doing 5 man pre-made with 5 alike players who don't piss each-other off on voice.
I mean with all honestly how does a player run into your lane twice and cause the enemy to get fed then go afk?
Even Song Lyrics in a public game with racist words players can take offense and report you League really isn't a place for that in a public game if its private then by all means Riot should life the ban if its 5 private players on your team aka friends.
