Forcing players by saying " Go there " " Go here" if you dont " you are troll" what is the rules for this? I spent money on this game, and I am certain , players who cant control their toxic and tantrums are worthy of tribunal.

There's no rules there. You can instalock a champ if you wish, it's just more of a gentlemen's agreement to respect first call.
Also, they could report you for trolling (or anything for that matter), but it doesn't mean it is a punishable offense.
However, if this was draft pick and you didn't want to play your role without teammate's consent, you will be punished.
