I was 2 games into my 10 game chat restriction. I played both game without saying a single word.
Tried to log on to my account today and it's Permanently banned.
That does not make any sense whatsoever. I'm checking my email and I kid you not, there is ZERO email about a permanent suspension.
Can someone help me out please?

Check your spam folder. It does need to be the email you signed up for the account with. Considering your account is pretty old, you may need to check an older email as well.
It's not unheard of for bans like these to happen, but if you really said nothing the ban was probably unrelated to your chat restriction. You can contact the support at the top of the page if you can't find the email.
Now normally I tell people they deserve it and shouldn't be toxic, however this is strange and unfair. It has to be a technical error on Riot's part. Submit a support ticket explaining the situation. Provided the scenario is EXACTLY how you just described and you aren't lying on the boards for whatever benefit you may believe you'll get, it should get resolved.

What's the in-client notice say, specifically? It likely isn't a chat-related offense, so the exact wording might help decipher things. Check your spam, too. If all else fails, you can submit a ticket to support, explaining that you received a ban but did not get an email about it.

The message when I log in says
The account has been permanently suspended. Please check the email address associated with your account for more details.
I check the mail. through and through. Nothing at all. Interestingly enough I just submitted a ticket to Riot a previous day about someone trolling champ select and they responded TODAY that the ticket is solved.
Then yea, we can't help you, I'm afraid. If you are sure you didn't call someone a super nazi double homosexual or something, then you'll just have to wait.
