Can someone help me please, Riot stole my account [With Ticket Conversation]

The punishment system is automated, so why do I need to go through hoops and pay $5 for report info?

UPDATE: I'm the original owner. The account has been secured. I'm just going to leave this post here because it's incredibly funny.

The guy who posted this rant hijacked my account and the reason why he couldn't answer all these questions is because he probably bought this account off some stupid website. So may I say, nice try. :) Read below if you want a giggle.

Now before anyone downvotes this, just realize I know technically they cannot steal their own property but hear me out.

I was reading this link the other day but didn't have time to write this boards post out. However essentially what happened is that, I was playing League normally like I always do.

The next day I try on my email, and I find out someone had tried to change the password to my account THREE TIMES. I recheck my account, and it's permanently banned.

The most interesting part though is, nobody actually successfully switched the password and EVEN MORE IMPORTANT, nobody actually got ONTO my account, changed anything or played any game that I didn't play.

So at first I was amazed and surprised to be randomly permanently banned. However when I went to submit a ticket to get my account back. Riot asked my those EXACT questions in that other link.

The most amazing part know is, I can't remember all that shit, that's an INSANE thing for people to remember 2 year LATER about a VIDEO GAME. HELL, I CANT EVEN REMEMBER the champion I played in Ranked, let alone the first 5 champions I bought on my account and my purchase history.

Also, I know the boards are harsh but once again. I WAS BANNED FOR NO REASON. They claimed it to be security reasons then refused to give me back my account after I couldn't answer all their RIDICULOUS questions.

This is the part where i mention random facts that don't matter but make you feel bad for me. That account, had all my friends on it, it had ALL LEGNEDARY SKINS, ALL ULTIMATE SKINS, CHAMPIONSHIP RIVEN, ALL PROJECTS SKINS, MANY MANY OTHER SKINS/LEGACY, ALMOST ALL CHAMPS AND ALL RUNES>

**Think about that for a second before you sink money into your account people. Riot basically said, "Oh someone tried to change the password on your account, let's permaban it, give him a bunch of insane questions and then not give it back to him when he can't answer the absurd questions".

The most crazy part about all this, was that I made a not angry but passive aggresive ticket to a Riot saying "I hope you ban this champ select troll rather than the victim because I had to dodge and got instantly punished but I always see Riot let them go" The day my ticket was finally marked as solved, my account was instantly permabanned. As if the guy I wrote the ticket to was upset I called them out on letting trolls get away and permabanned my account.

I know this all sounds rediculous but trust me it's all VERY REAL and INSANE.

Please, someone help me.

You wasnt ban for no reason. Its a safety precaution to see if you actually are the owner of that account. How else are they going to know its actually you without some type of question. Its pretty sad that you cant even answer one question from that list. You dont need to know every little thing. But just enough so that Riot knows it was you who is the owner of that account.

But again while your account is ban, its only ban so that no one else goes on that account till the situation is sorted out. Just think really hard. Ill admit my memory isnt all that great either, but having my account for over 5 years i could answer some questions like: What i first purchased with RP, Who i used my refunds on, etc.
