Anyone have any knowledge on how long it takes to get your honors back after being honor level 0? right now it says "honor is locked".

10-20 games to unlock honor again

2-3 months for a honor level up. so 4-6 months to get back to h2.

thats my experience with it.

i remember a mod post trying the same without using chat, took him i think almost 7 months?

It is different from player to player really. Honor 0 is that place you really don't want to be so it is unfortunately meant to be a hard climb to get back out of it. I've not had it but from many people around here it's been anywhere from 3-6 months to get all the way out. Some even longer too as any valid report will keep you from raising.

Depends largely on your ingame behavior. If you use chat positively, you have have accelerated honors progress. Neutral chat will progress at normal rate and negative chat will put your honors progress to a screeching halt.

Then you need to play lots of games, and get that team honors bonus. Getting honored in itself contributes very little to the honors progress.

For reference, ImaQTpie went from h1 to h2 in 3 weeks. Keep in mind he plays 10-15 games a day.

Based on personal experience..

With 10-12 games a day on summoners rift (not arams, idk if honor is weighed differently), with perfect behavior (I have flamed not once), and lastly, honoring a teammate EVERY game..

It takes 2-3 months

I think it resets with the new year? Or does it remain locked?!

I use to care about honor but it doesn't really mean anything anymore less you want the WW or twitch skin that comes with it at rank 5. You can use event currency to buy keys. You can get chests even at honor level 0. They took away the honor restriction for clash ( a good move considering a team could get fk'd from 1 person getting a 10 day chat restrict). All you need is just to get it unlocked which is not hard at all.

I had this same problem but it's finally all good now, I was lvl 0 for about 3-4 months when I got back into the game but it's fixed now. You just gotta wish people honour you, that's what I had to do.
