Can riot finally fix the report system?

I just recieved a 10 day chat restricion again...for the dumbest things. Somebody on my team decided to troll and int hardcore and constantly called me racist names and was super toxic. So i called him an idiot and i guess he was duoed with someone and they reported me. Riot ignored my reports to an actual toxic player and chat restricted me for the word idiot. Riot please stop and actually look into reports for gods sake theres so many toxic players that get away with this stuff my god. This is why league is filled with such salty and toxic players is because people like them can outdo the system by simply telling their friends to report us instead.

No, they didn't.

Just because you didn't get the IFS message doesn't mean they weren't reported. Reports take time to be doled out, errors can happen, and cases can take time to be "built up", if you will.

Share your unedited chat logs, because simply saying the word "idiot" will not cop you a chat restriction 99% of the time.

It only takes one report to trigger a game for automatic review. Mass or group reporting does nothing.

For what it's worth, I think Riot should crack down harder on intentional feeders and AFKers, but regardless, flaming them doesn't solve anything. It just detracts your focus from the game further.

Edit: I also skimmed through your match history, but I didn't see any intentional feeders. Do you have a link to that match's history?
