Rage Quitters and AFKers in spawn fountain for Open Mid have become a normal occurrence, people die 3 or so times and then leave the game just like that, I am getting sick of it!
Does the Leaver Buster actually get rid of these horrible people who destroy games or does it only slap them with low priority queues, which don't make too much of a difference if they have multiple accounts anyways so they can just use another one...
Intentional online AFK-ers can abuse the Leaverbuster system by typically moving an inch in every 5 minutes or so.
One way to improve the reports imo is by taking screenshots of his actions & report him, doesn't matter if this is his first offence or not.
I have gotten 6 afk's on my team and 1 on other team in just 2 days, the AFK rate is fucking insane right now...
I think that each time they quit its calculated. so if they quit 2-4 times, riot's will know. 
I'm sure if they do leave frequently then it will permaban them eventually. Again though there could be problems on both the player side and riot side. The ISP could have been screwy that day, or just crappy internet sometimes. But like I said if they were basically leaving very single game it could actually permaban them!
at Low elo or at 0 LP, they dont care what u say. Afk cuz they get outplayed by enemy and rage quit. leave ur team with a monster with 6 kills. This is real what they think, "i dont care, it's Gold V 0LP". you afk one game and Riot didn't nothing to you. but the game you was in, you ruined your team, ruined someone promote game or series. They bored ranked game cuz they can't gain their elo, that's why they keep playing for fun, troll pick, fail game, afk. i reported so many ppl with those behaviors, but no reply from riot was like your report is accepted. Riot should play as a Bronzer and try to understand what they did at that elo.
