A leaver in each ranked match, and they never get banned

You can deal chat abuse with muting, but you can't deal leavers in ranked. I just play ranked because Normal is a leavefest, but now in ranked people leaves each match with no punishment or ban. Ranked is supoused to be serious?

People automatically gets punished by LeaverBuster if they are consistently AFK.

It would be too harsh to punish someone that just leaves once because of an emergancy though. But after 3-4 games of Leaving people tend to get punished.
