Suspended Again Months After For Something I Already Served Time Suspended For

I logged into League of Legends today to find I am suspended again for 2 weeks for something that I was suspended months ago for and already served the time suspended. I have been maintaining good sportsmanship and getting my honor back and staying clean and this comes out of nowhere. Can riot suspend you for the same exact incident multiple times months down the road?

note: the logs were the exact same logs they banned for me months ago with but with no timestamps at all.

I have never not gotten a response from Riot Support, so if you send a ticket with your concern they will address it. From what I'm understanding, you were punished for something, did the time for it, then out of nowhere was punished again? If you were punished for no reason then they'll do something.

That's exactly what happened. And its not like the incident was only a few weeks ago that I did time for. This is months ago.

Well, tbh I can see this as being one of either two situations: An error, or they just used those old instances for a new group of punishments. Meaning you actually should be punished for something, just not what you were shown.

I can't think of anything that I've done since my last suspension to deserve another one. I've cleaned up my chat and my attitude and have been a good sport.

I'd reccomend showing your report card thingy to a riot support member if it shows you being penalized for somethings months prior, as it should have dates!

I have and no response. This is not the first time I haven't gotten any response from riot. I payed for the snowdown pass and unlocked the icon for the golden poro but actually never received it in game along with other stuff i paid money for. I contacted them and still nothing almost a month later.

In that case I'd show proof of that such as your tickets to your bank, get a refund and if you wanna keep playing make a new account.

Ive spent hundreds of dollars on this game. I doubt I'll get any of that back.

Ok, but if you're not showing any proof here to back up your claims, and you're not willing to act for a refund then the moderators won't be able to make sure you get any traction here.

I've shown all the proof in tickets to riot. I'm not going to put personal information on open discussion boards.

It sounds like it's only been a few hours since you submitted the ticket. Give it a little more time. Usually Riot responds within a few hours, but not always.

Y'know, I assumed that it's been days with the way he's talking about it. If it really is an error then yeah it could be a day or two before they respond. Usually about a day if it's something regarding the database.

If this is your second two week suspension within a few months, without any more information I can already say this is very, very odd. Normally a second suspension incurred so soon after the first would result in a permanent suspension.
