@Riot. i get asked alot on your surveys how you can improve the game and stuff like that...let me put it this way..i had a horrible match...cait and nami..super oppressive....it was twitch and rakan vs cait and nami...not really that big a deal...there jungle ganked...there mid lane ganked..there top lane ganked..our toplane just farmed...our jungle didn't even bother showing up.....our midlane just didn't care....they started being toxic assaulting us and trolling us because i was 0 and 3 ...when the team fights started "why dont you at-least try to do something" said the akali i responded with..i would if you would stop dashing and pushing the enemies back in a 3 vs 1 so they are not in my attack range..and it went on and on and on and on.....at the end..the enemy top laner..knowing the team was trolling the bottom lane..aka me and rakan..reported us........so here..you want to improve your game....here it is...dont add anymore reworks...no more skins...how about you work on fixing your toxic community,...,....your community that has been declared one of the most toxic gaming communities in the world..only to be rivaled by wow and dota2. how about you actually try to correct this..your report system is currently trash innocent people are being banned for no dang reason at all. while the toxic ones are running ramped. you want to make the game a more enjoyable experience. .....work ..on....the....community. i love this game to death..i put a lot of money and hours into it...because its super fun..but whats gonna make me leave..is the community. i don't want skins...i don't want reworks..i don't want new maps....i just want to actually be able to have fun without being called trash told to un-install being called a %%%...and just attacked to no damn end.. i do not know what this communities definition of fun is..but it sure as hell isn't that....(rant over.)

It hard to respond to everything here all at once, so I'll pick one statement out of there and respond to just that.

{quoted}

and just attacked to no damn end..

When you're being attacked, the person attacking you is unlikely to write anything useful for the rest of the match. Muting them is a good choice. Reporting them after the game is also a good choice.

When you're being criticized, you don't have to respond. If someone is making a valid point, sometimes not replying works out better. You get to add their perspective to your store of knowledge. I know that sometimes when I respond to people, it comes out defensively, and that encourages them to press in harder. It's difficult to take advice after that, so silent consideration works well for me.

If you're being criticized about something that you already know you did wrong, messed up, or had your concentration slip, then listening to the criticism can be tilting. If I start feeling tilted, I mute. It can be better to lose the ability to communicate than to tilt.

If someone is spam-pinging, no matter the reason, I mute that. That shit pisses me off.
