Are AFK , FEEDERS and BOOSTERS favored by RIOT?

This is very very interesting I normally play Mid lane or jungle , I most of the times try to keep the team together , talking well to my team and keep them in a good moral , encourage them to win , and when they Dont flame , go afk , feed or act like a 11 year child we ussaly do . But in 1 game I was jungle and my top feeded like crazy !!! lost turret in minute 5 ,lost all top turrets in 13 minutes , the enemy top was feeded , and of course playing jungler I was the one to get the blame because he cant keep his lane , the problem was I called him a damn idiot and told him to learn to play in normals then come in ranked , so he can stop blaming others , this is where the shit happened , he started to tell me , because I flamed him I will get report and he will get nothing , I dont need to tell him he is idiot coz this is rude , and I suck , told others to report me for flame in all chat, he was premade with another guy who played decent ( think he was boosting him ) But the most Interesting PART of the game was they , and another player from the enemy team who was happy that the top was talking while afk and after feeded top crazy , blamed still me for FLAME , not him for beeing Very very Noob , and I got reported By 3 guys and My chat was Muted for 10 games!!! My honor points all gone ( I dont know how the hell can I make key fregments now) ANd this is complete shit , in this game you can be a total noob , feeder , afk , you can join ranked for carry and you still have rights,you wont be punished , I never had a feedback report from a guy who trolled , feeded or afkd games in ranked , But if you call this players idiots ,you ban your own account because of them , this is total shit and I really need some help , someone to explain this mechanics to me , and by the way this was my FIRST match when I flamed someone like this ( and like this I mean you are a damn noob , stop talking , dont give up , and dude you need to play in normals , that is my way of insulting a player , no cancer, no mom jokes, no dicks , but I still got muted 10 games because of a premade who reported me and a oportunist guy who reported me and flamed me after in chat coz he was happy I got muted, he was encouraging my top laner to feed and afk btw but no one cares... ) Someone pls explain this to me coz this is absolute non sense , and pls show me the chat where I flamed so I deserved the mute !!! coz this I did not see , and do you guys need the names of the players,almighty Gods that can see and to everything?

Being a bad player or having a bad game is allowed. AFKing is unfortunate, but sometimes happens outside of a player's control, and so is punished with a separate system that applies time delays instead of bans. Playing with a superior friend and getting a high MMR as a result is allowed.

INTENTIONAL feeding is not allowed, nor is boosting by having someone else share your account. When identified, these behaviors are punished by immediate 14-day bans for the first offense.

None of these behaviors, acceptable or otherwise, give you an excuse to insult or harass another player.

It's just unfortunate. Don't lose your cool. There's not much I can say to this except don't give the trolls what they want.

They're not, but it just takes longer to track them down and prove intent compared to simple chat-related offenses. Gameplay related offenses when proven to be on purpose are assigned a 14-day ban as the first punishment. In case you don't believe me on this point here are two examples of gameplay trolls being banned. Yes it's just two examples, but it proves that they do get punished.
