I think this is the most nasty bug I ever saw in this game , I was like , what the absolute fuck 5 minutes looking at the picture , and no its not a visual bug , I won and lost lp , thats correct , and I played the best I could !!! fix this , I am struggling with noobs like hell and now this? I know life is not fair but this is just mockery and ridiculous ...

Seems you disconnected for roughly 7 minutes in the game. From 14 mins to 21 mins. So, not a bug, but rather Riot's automated system thinking you left for too long and labelled you as a leaver, thereby giving you a leaver's LP loss. You probably would want to make a post under Help & Support if you think it's unjust.
