What if two players intentionally queue at the same time so that one player can intentionally lose

I get a guy in my last game who literally says in chat at the beginning of the game "that Janna is my duo and never loses games". The Janna is on the other team though so I immediately thought wow, this guy is about to throw. Surprise surprise, who shows up to no team fights, does least damage on the team and goes 1/4? Our twitch adc. Check my op.gg for my last game played...These two are literally duo queue partners!!!! ROFL, and if I get toxic towards this guy in this scenario who would get banned again??????????

You'd have to make it to mid-high diamond before being able to even semi-consistantly find a specific person on the other team. An unfortunate one for sure.

Report them for win trading/boosting. In the report box write what the Twotch said and during a manual review they can compare how many games he played against that specific player.
