It's been 9 months and I still haven't been able to get a Riot response on these forums.

So using custom skins and custom splash arts is against the EULA now? - League of Legends Community

I've created numerous amounts of tickets in the double digits over the past year with no help to avail. These forums are my only way to get help from Rioters as Riot Support just keeps sending me the same message. "Your account has been banned for the use of scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third party programs to gain an unfair competitive advantage. Accounts that have been caught using hacks are permanently suspended. We strive to maintain and preserve a fair and competitive environment. We make absolutely 100% sure before banning any players. I understand you would want proof but due to there being a history of players wanting to know how to avoid being caught in the future we do not disclose information in regards to how we have confirmed this. You may not have this intention, but we have a firm stance on this matter."

I was permanently suspended following the usage of a skin program. Many people on the forums are banned for the usage of MKjogo or MKlol. I was a user of this program before but I have not used it in over a year and a half. MKjogo is considered the only program that Riot suspends people that use it because the program has/had jungle timers and macros for spam and such. Riot never mentioned in their announcement that the usage of customs skins is a bannable offense. Matter of fact, I had managed to dig through the forums and find this statement made by a rioter.

"Custom creation will always be at your own risk - updates may break functionality, etc. But we also aren't going to just toss out arbitrary bans. It's not in our players' interests, and so it's definitely not in ours." "but we generally don't ban for anything unless it's clearly harmful to LoL or our players. The vast majority of custom splashes/skins will NOT fall into this bucket." "I'm not aware of any, but if you believe you ARE a legitimate case of being banned solely for modification of skins/splash art, send in a support ticket with specifics and reference me in the ticket. I can promise one of two things: a) it will be corrected; or b) you'll get a good explanation why it won't be"

However, I was permanently suspended for the usage of a program that is known as SkinPreview. This program was a custom skin tool just like MKjogo but without the jungle timers and macros that Riot said was bannable. If Riot doesn't want people using customs skins and such, why don't they make it more clear. I don't think my perma ban was warranted but I cannot get any answers from Riot Support so I am left with these forums. I've made so many posts with a lot of upvotes and support and no response from Riot. I just want to get my account back and play some League of Legends just like the rest of you.

I think "use at your own risk" is a pretty clear indication that something could happen to your account if you were to use it. Obviously it's not something Riot goes out of their way to ban people for, but they also can't guarantee compatibility with every single third party program.

The best advice I can give is simply don't use third party programs.

I'd like to point out that "MKjogo or MKlol. I was a user of this program before but I have not used it in over a year." which implies you use it 3 months prior to your ban a year ago which would mean you were well past the warning phase of MKlol MKjogo, issue that would mean you were using an illicit software that riot deemed illicit for quite sometime before you installed it

https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/225266848-Third-Party-Applications So you were aware that 3rd party applications were possible triggers that could lead to a ban, and still opted to use a different 3rd party application ?????

Best bet is to continue to explain to riot what you were doing the skinpreview or whatever it is, the skins you used if they were not custom you were essentially stealing from riot games, I think is how that works(not sure on this point, but I'd be pissed if some of my work was used for free by another)

there is a certain skin mod from a certain website, claiming it is 100% legal yet so many lies in what they claim.

Sounds like you fell for it as well.
