Responding to my original ban

Hey guys, it's been almost a year since my ban. I didn't think this was permanent (cause I'm blind and didn't read your email) and so I waited all day for my account to be unbanned today, not thinking that it would be in the year 9001. I still stand by my claim that I was not cheating or anything and that this is a completely unfair ban after I have invested over a 1000 hours on this account and several hundred dollars. My new account that I made shortly after (The Gentle Jew) has never been scripted upon, no cheating has been done and I have never ever even modified the game files. The one custom skin that I used all that time ago is what I believe you guys thought was some form of cheating and even though I know (now) that I am not supposed to screw with the files, I think I should be reinstated. I'm not toxic, I don't hate on people and all I want back is my severely more extensive account than my current one. Please guys, I'm on my hands and knees here. Show some mercy or at least give me closure about what I was banned for, since you guys never explicitly told me aside from "some sort of 3rd party program".
