The censor is completely unrelated to the punishment system. It's just there for the people who want it. You can freely disable the censor if you want, or you can leave it enabled and deal with the ****. Most other people will be able to read it just fine.

First of all, Dio isn't Japanese culture, so there's no racism involved with it. He's a white guy from Jojo named Dio Brando... There's probably a language somewhere where Dio is considered bad slang, or either it's an acronym for something bad.

Dio means god in Italian. I'm guessing that's why it's censored.
