Permanently Suspended for no reason until now..

Heres the thing, I am lvl 30 and I did not use any mods, hacks. I wasnt toxic to any players. After my first PvP game with Darius and got defeated, next day I got permanently suspended! They say check the email, but there wasnt any emails. I did check the spam folder but it wasnt there. I did check other people's boards, some even have the same problem (permanently suspended for no reason) They didnt use mods or being toxic. Same thing as mine.

Update: Its been almost a year now and Im still permanently suspended. And I still did not get the email. I did send the tickets a few months back and they say I was suspended for hacking but I didnt hack. I hope I could get my lvl 30 account back. Making a new account and leveling up again feels bored to me and I got toxic real easily. I felt the game harder if I make a new account. I really hope I could get my lvl 30 account back..

You've been banned for a year, didn't get an email, didn't understand why, and yet never submitted a support ticket for more info?

You should do that, if only to get some degree of closure on the reason for the ban.

RIOT never changes the status of a suspension unless it was completely false and an error on their part. Simply put. Somthing you did on your computer got it flagged as hacked or using malicious programs. You can continue to put in tickets if there was nothing.
