Hi, I was banned 1 year ago. After the ban, I just hopped over to play runescape again.
Now I know it says permanent ban, but can I have my account back since I took the ban for 1 year lol? Maybe this could be a second experiment on banned players to see if they remain reformed after a 1 year ban.

My suggestion was an experiment to banned players that are banned for 1 year +
I'm sure the first experiment was maybe randomly selected banned players, or perhaps all banned players; ranging from recently banned to 1 year+ ban time.

I don't see how time will affect whether or not players will now not be toxic. At the point you get permanently banned, you don't deserve anymore chances period honestly.
