Negative Behavior?

So im getting suspensions for literally 0 bad words/insults etc only reason is for not bein positive so if im not positive the only way around is that im negative on any words i say when an 0/21/0 that intentional feed since min 1 coz he didnt like someones pick and he destroyed the game so the game end faster and that game right after my last game i was 27/3 score trying to 1 v 5 while my adc soft int coz i didnt give him my second red lool, and he was literally counter jungling me all game and afk on camps waiting for respawns, and after all this i cant even call them out in all chat and make sure they get reports and bans? got demoted right after this game loosing with 0 chance to win coz of these int feeders while i worked 400+ games to get there... All i want is to play normal games with every played trying its best to win thats soo rare nowadays in League, i play since the start of Season 2 and this is the worst state of League i ever seen, i cant even be mad and im forced to say nothing when a int feeder destroys my game? why im forced to play with this people and why im the one punished instead of them for calling them out in all chat what are they doin, with literally 0 intentions to flame them or something like that, i even tried to make them stop int on begining but when i see when whatever i say they do the same i just tell him ill report him and he will get perm banned and ask him to stop doin this all the time. Really when some1 destroy a game nobody should tell him anything and just report him at the end of the game? They very rarely gets banned only if they int streak and they not dumb to do that and i check his history and he still plays right now, literally 0/20-30/0 scores once every 5 games when he decide to int coz he dont like what someones pick. This is what Riot want? everyone to be quiet all game and keep everything in us when someone destroy the game instead of giving people no reason to be negative and ban these people instantly when they int feed instead of this very bad automatic ban system? I think everyone knows that system is not flawless at all and ban people out of context and cant catch soft inters etc and when BOT makes a mistake riot support job is always on defensive and their only job is to give you reasons why ban is right instead of actual check what happened and try to solve that if something wrong or out of context or actually ur the abused one unless ur a streamer or a big post on reddit so their imagine wont have to suffer. Also when u ban people with very niche reasons like this they just create monsters and if u make a new account 9/10 players in any game are banned people and they are soo toxic and if a new player start the game right now he will have worst experience ever and because is not their main account and they dont care so much about new account there is nothing to really restrain them and start flaming everyone. They really need to solve this and perm ban people for not bein positive few games when theres leggit people destroying the since min1 and there is nothing what u can do bout it and game decided already no matter what u say, the only reason i cant stay quiet is coz i care too much to win every game and when i see some1 int feed or soft inting wanting to lose the game or purpose i wanna make sure atlast that enemy know this aswell and report them so he will not destroy more games from now on. And i know most of people with downvote this coz some people really believe ban system is flawless or they dont know the feeling of wanting to win very hard and theres people that destroy the game for literally 0 reasons, im very competitive and i wanna win every game, i never insult everyone not even when they play bad coz everyone can have a bad game but when i see people clearly int feed i just cant comprehend that and why they doin that and most important why they are not banned even after they int feed...
