I just received a two week ban yesterday, when I get off my suspension will I lose my season rewards? Loading screen border, icon, sivir skin, etc.
If not, am I now not elligibile for next season rewards? Where can I find this information, thanks.
You won't lose already received rewards. You can reform and get this season's rewards as long as you aren't suspended/restricted in the two or three months (I forget) before end of season.
I will point out, however, that a 2-week ban is pretty severe, as the next step is permaban. Perhaps you should post your logs?
They haven't released the rules for 2016, but if they are anything similar to 2015 you're in the clear unless it was an MMR boosting ban, and you won't lose 2015 rewards unless it was an MMR Boosting ban too.
Once a season ends, only a boosting ban will remove those rewards. And since we're between seasons, you should be fine if you don't get any other bans. I don't know yet what, if any, cut off date will be used.

nope. I didn't lose mine. my suggestion is to just lay low in terms of chat behavior for 3 months tho. That's what I'm doing.. even tho riot isn't doing a god damn thing to anyone I'm reporting that are being very toxic or have bad names "such as a dude who's name was ki55 my a55' and was being super toxic in chat"
i got banned shortly after getting my season rewards too they will all still be there when you get your account back
