Chat Restriction worthy? Maybe. Two week ban worthy?.. I guess maybe? But worthy of being permanently banned? I don't think so. No point in arguing the obvious, I show signs of toxicity, but I view this as very light as there was no cursing or hate speech, and all I did was say the person went 0-7 and they are bad. To say someone's KDA and call them "bad" is enough to get permanently banned now??

What are you're thoughts? How can I get this perm banned reduced to a two week ban, @lyte.

The system works on a series of progressively more harsh punishments each time you get punished. Starts with a 10-game chat restriction, then 25-game, then 2-week ban, then permaban. FYI, it takes 3 months without a punishment to drop down one tier.

So the first question is whether or not you deserved to be punished. You even admit yourself that this is true.

The second question is then what tier of punishment you're at. That you got a permaban with nothing so severe in the logs to merit skipping any tiers tells me you've had a 2-week suspension already sometime in the last 3 months. As such, your next punishment will result in a permaban.

So no, that behavior doesn't directly merit a permaban. An additional punishment within 3 months of a 2-week ban is what merits a permaban.

to your better understanding: even if all you said was "retard %%%" you deserve the perma for breaking the rules ONCE AGAIN. you had your chances with chatrestricts and 14 day banns

This alone isn't enough to earn the perma ban. You must have shown a pattern of being frequently toxic. Being toxic in numerous games is as bad as being extremely toxic in just one game.

Yes I have had a two week ban a little over a month ago, I understand it is the next tier. But something as small as this is enough to be permanently banned? Too harsh
