Idea for dealing with trolling players in ranked

Here's an Idea I think most people will agree with. If A player afks the rest of the team doesn't lose as much lp, while the enemy team (winning team) still gains as much as they normally would. How to judge? Maybe if a player doesn't move or click or isn't connected for like 5min straight at some point in the game then this function triggers. I'm sure there's a way to track it, just like I'm sure there has to be a way for you to track if someone is int obviously. If a teammate of mine is 0/20 with 4 tears(I kid you not it's happened in ranked) then they should get a ranked ban for X amount of days(hours), I don't just mean at the end of the game he sells his items and buys tears, I'm saying for like a majority of the game if a player is stacking boots, tears then there should be a system to say "this guy looks like he's trolling". Before you say "this system is easy to abuse" hear me out, no one benefits from it. The players still lose Lp(just less) the enemy team still gains the same amount of lp and the trolling player is punished. At the very least there should be some system that can determine "this player has 6 pairs of mobi boots and is clearly trolling his team, lets mitigate the dmg and punish him. It doesn't stop trolling entirely but it deals with the obvious cases at least.

Again this suggestion? How many times? No. It can be abused.

Abusable :D

Prove a troll is trolling Prove someone not trolling is trolling?

I can invent situations in which the system will acknowledge me not trolling while I troll :D

EX: I buy 6 boots in games when its gg(they're 5 manning our nexus my team is dead), doesn't mean im trolling. Just saying
