So today I got chat restriction ban. Why? Because when you try to help out other players by pointing out errors (IN A KIND WAY) or giving them helpful tips, they get defensive and automatically assume you're flaming them. Then what do these children do? They report you because they can't handle tips and get defensive. I express all the time that I am not flaming, yet people want to get mad and report you anyways. I really hate the toxic people in this game and do my best to report them when they deserve it. I know I'm not the only person who has experienced this. Getting reported for doing nothing wrong is very frustrating. Even, worse parties of people can gang up on someone in solo queue, even when someone apart of said party is in the wrong or being toxic. I know the toxicity will never be stopped. that's fine. But I would like to make sure that people who get banned but don't deserve it don't get punished. Also, does me getting the chat restriction ban nullify me receiving end of season rewards for good behavior? I have received the rewards every season and would be a little let down if I didn't get the reward this season because some people can't handle the truth and want to report me. Anyways, I just with the community wouldn't be so toxic. It gets old after a while when every other game has someone whining at you and flaming without the fear of being banned. I hear "Go ahead, report me. RIOT doesn't do anything anyways" quite frequently. Something should be done. I wouldn't mind so much because they are just tough words spoken over a keyboard. But when I am being punished for being a kind LoL player, that is where I become tilted. I'm expecting some toxic comments from toxic people on here, but if anyone has some helpful advice i would gladly like to see what you have to say.

Can you post the chat logs? If Riot chat restricted you for no reason, I'd like to see some evidence so I know for sure instead of just taking your word for it.

Shhh. Once you have been punished once, its a never ending shitstorm of wrongly earned punishments. I would just get rid of the account now. You will be banned for doing nothing at all from now on. Just uninstall, and save yourself a lot of stress. ;) Play more fun games like borderlands, overwatch, fallout, skyrim shit like that. Have fun uninstalling !!!!

K obviously you are all the type of people who are toxic in game. Because if you weren't then you would know exactly what I'm taking about. You all can harass me all you want but I didn't even know posting chat logs was a thing. So all you people who think I'm a 12 yr old bronzie can jog on. I was just asking if anyone else experiences the shitiness of other players. Obviously it has expanded from the game into the forums as well. My punishment hardly lasted 24 hours so it hardly was a big deal. I just wondered if anyone had this trouble. I just got platinum. Guess what i just got a 14 day ban.

Guess who's going to go bat shit on the report function when the ban ends? That's right I AM. You guys like to hit the report function when you don't get your way? When your feeling angry and you want someone to suffer? Do you like talk everyone into reporting another player and placing blame on others? If i so much as here a PIN DROP. Not only am i going to report. Ill send a report ticket with a word for word copy and paste of end game chat.

A toxic community took something away from me today. Something i worked very very hard for. I never report players. I say what i need to say and suck it up like a man, but you crossed the line today. If i cant have my plat border i will have your account.

You guys wanna abuse a system? Two can play at the game. Just hope you don't get me in your game and heaven forbid you say anything nasty.

Bronze logic is like that. Do not help them, just ignore. Most players in that elo will continue to play completely inefficient regardless of what you say. Despite the initial intention of League of Legends having players help others if they are doing poorly around the start of the community, the low skilled section of the community has proven over time and time again that it is best simply to let them fail. There's plenty of instructional content out there to learn, so don't feel obligated. Everything you say even if helpful can result in toxicity from the noob.

It is a sad reality, but it is best not to repeat any "points" for builds.

I am deeply sorry to hear that. That makes ME angry. I just found out i cant get LP from winning ranked matches and I cant get the victorious skin now. All because people cant take advice. I am strongly considering uninstalling League and just playing Heroes of the Storm. I know for a fact they have a nice community and not a bunch of trolls. The saddest part is RIOT won't care. they'll just be like oh ok leave we have millions of others playing. but thats business i guess.

You obviously did something against the code or else no punishment would be warranted. I see too many of these my team is toxic but I'm not and got punished threads. Use the mute function and know that not everyone is a LCS pro.. but also know even the best players have bad games,Teemo bad days and day plays.
