the enemy team has a higher likelyhood of having trolls than your team does (this is assuming YOU are not a troll), so all you need to do is keep playing and stop being a whiny child over one game

I remember when I thought gold was a safe space. Now that i'm in plat I've learned the hard way and it turns out the entire league community is toxic. GLHF in the rest of your games don't get fixated on gold that hard.
Use op.gg and copy the x(player) joined the room in chat, then paste it into the search bar. This will tell you the ranks of who you are playing with.
