Perma Banned for being truthful?

I left this game because the stress of trying to play with ppl my own skill level was getting way to frustrating. Trying to play against 4 man booster pros while climbing out of Gold was to much for me to handle. The constant AFKing, Trolling, and the sheer aggravation made this fun game so unplayable i had no choice but to walk away.

A friend decided to nudge me back into the game to play with him and help him climb out of bronze. I played my 10 placement games and a few others just to find the game has not changed one bit.

wihtout going into all the of the unbelievable events that lead up to my 1 game of truthful rage I will say this....I left "ONE" game...because my mid kept dcing from the start, was 0-6 at 11mins...my top was 0-6 at 11mins and my support was a "carry" taking all of my CS (yes, i was ADC)....the game was so out of reach and unplayable i left it to save myself the aggravation. I came back to find i was in a 5 min wait penalty....This only encouraged my frustration and kindled the flame of resentment for ever returning to this community. The very next game, it was again 4v5...my adc had flash/smite with 45cs at 21mins....I then hit the "caps lock" and went to town. But I did call anyone names and i didnt do anything wrong except tell everyone how frustrated i was with this game and its community....at the end of the game I was perma banned. I have every champ, a skin for each, and 2200+ Riot points.

I dont care about all the money spent allready on skins, etc...I am concerned about my 2200+ unused Riot points. I either need them to be refunded on my CC or I need them xfered to another account. Its one thing you dropped me into a penalty for leaving 1 game that ANYONe would of left, its one thing to Perma ban me for calling your game trash, but its not right your stealing my money.

You left one game, fine, a 5 minute penalty is worth it. And after that, you went on a toxic rage, and depending on the severity of your chat logs, the system can skip straight into a permaban instead of chat restrictions or 14 days suspension.

It's not considered "stealing" at all when you were the one who wanted to purchase RP at your own will. And also adding the fact that you continued to talk shit despite knowing the consequences.

I give you money for a product. I agree that if I misuse this product, you can't be liable for returns/refunds I misuse the product I claim you stole my money???

actually by legal definition they didn't steal anything.

Your money was used to purchase RP which you got.

What you do with that RP is all your business and Riot doesn't legally owe you anything.

That being said, you can reach out to support.riotgames.com and submit a ticket. See if they can do anything about that unused RP.

You're not being banned for being truthful, you're being banned for toxicity. If you can't use the chat nicely, then don't use it at all. Its not that hard.

Everyone who says "banned for being truthful" thinks that diplomacy is irrelevant. If someone is bad don't say, "you're bad". Sure, it may be true. But it's not helpful or sportsmanlike to say so. Say, "You might want to practice cs, it would help you get more gold next game!"
