It upsets me that i have to go talk to riot support only to be told they cant do anything

So today I was in champ select and my game randomly crashed and I have no idea why I'm still figuring it out I had not yet locked in a champ but when I started league again it said I was in a game even though that should be impossible so I was like ok its fine something weird just happened. a couple mins later I start a new game and the same thing happens i crash and put in a game before I lock in a champ. So i get a leaver buster for 20 mins! I don't remember getting one of this in literally months so i have no idea why its 20 mins. so I contact support and they say they cant do anything because the leaver buster system said you did something. I was like what?????? a computer say i had left a game and punished me but in reality it is much different than that and all I can hear is the support team basically is here for links and cant actually help people when their computers mess up. if all support does is send links make a computer do their job
