Should Riot give more bans for afks?

Hello, I am anPlat elo player but I quit for 1 year so I got demoted to gold. This season i got put in silver 4 and now each game that I play keep having people who feed, troll and afk because the game didnt go their way. I believe that RIot shoud give penalties such as getting demoted from your current devision for beeing afk. I think that this will help reduce the trolls and the elo boosted people because if you are trully for another devision you will get promoted again. I also believe that the first penalty should be harsher because that could be someone's promos. So tell me what you think, am I right or am I wrong?
