My Account got permabanned

Ok. Yesterday I was playing with my unranked friends in a normal game and my mic in skype stopped working. Of course then i used chat in order to talk to them. They, being my friends, called me retard and such in skype. My, not having a mic, was in chat retaliating this. Then i accidentally put it in all chat and i get reported. I have had one ban a year ago for one day. I have gotten one warning for toxicity. Just last week i got a notification saying that my account behavior has improved. Then after two games of this no mic type of scenario I get in champ select. BOOM! Riot has issued a ban. Im like wow thats surprising, probably a week ban or something. Then i go to my email. This account has been permanently banned... Two games. I PLAYED TWO GAMES WHERE I WASN'T EVEN INTENTIONALLY TOXIC. BOOM! PERMABAN. Riot I can't stand for this. I've never been chat banned. At least you could give me a week heck a year chat ban. I have 4 years on this account, 500 dollars of stuff. Im never toxic in ranked. Please either rid of or reduce my suspension. Two weeks is fine man i just really want my account... All of my friends play this game, and it is one of my greatest connections to them. Let me be with my friends let me have fun with them. Riot, I know you really love your players, and I thank you for that. That's why I know that you will be caring enough to reduce my ban. (posted in mics too)

Edit 3/27: Riot support has been very helpful, and I am being put in contact with someone who might give me my account back :). Wish me best of luck please.

This isn't even a test of any seasoned Tribunal veteran. Something simple. Unforgivable. 50 cent -er- Perma banned. 1- Yesterday I was playing with my unranked friends in a normal game Not one game in your last 30 or so games have you played with a constant 5 man squad. So either you play with full 5 squads where you swap one friend out for the other, or you've been playing with at least ONE random on your team. That in turn means 1 person who is not a part of your friendship circle/squad was subjected to what you typed. 2- They, being my friends, called me retard and such in skype. My, not having a mic, was in chat retaliating this. The random on your team was then subjected to toxic chatter albeit unintentionally heard by him/her. Which is not their issue, its your responsibility. 3- You use racial, anti-religious rhetoric, and I see in your game 2 someone must've told you to not be toxic because you tell them "uchickenfart: nah we liek roasting eachother" implying someone in this game was not a friend of yours, saw your chat, and was disturbed by it.

Solutions for the Future 1- Invest some of your $500 invested into league to purchase a more quality mic, one which doesn't stop working in skype (what?). 2- Reduce your use of racial slurs, you can take that advice outside of the game as well, no one finds the n-word to hold any value, you look like a thug or a racist depending on your skin pigment. 3- Make me some biscuits, all this typing worked up an appetite.

LOL. So first off was most of these chat just between you and your friends, or was it in all chat as well? To be fair it shouldnt really matter. The constant homophobic slurs jumping around and telling others (again i dont know who those are directed towards) to kill themselves. If you were just telling that to your friends even then that just seems like pushing it, but then again you must had either had people who wasnt your friends in game that probably didnt know you were joking around, or saying this in all chat to where the enemy team will report because of all that filth you just typed. Especially if they dont know you are just joking around.

In my opinion it seems well deserved. Ill admit i banter with my friends, but it never goes as far as racial/derogatory slurs out of every other sentence i type.

If you really were looking to get Riot's attention, I'd imagine that looking like you want to reform would be a good start.

Even if it doesn't get you anything, it still wouldn't hurt.

You really need to show your chatlogs. it doesnt matter if you were playing with friends. Obviously they werent the ones who reported you, but if you said it in all chat depending on how bad it was could justify. Just because they were saying stuff to you in skype doesnt mean you can say the same thing or worse in the league game chat. Since this is only 2 types of games that this happen in (from what i read in your post) this means that you probably wrote something like a racial slur, or derogatory words. All this would be much more clear if you post your chatlogs!
