Name Change

Saved up 15K rp. When I went to change my name the IP counter (the one that shows how much it costs, how much you have, and the difference) had an amount of ip i had earlier (13865). It has been stuck on this for days, and I can't change my name :(. (Ill post a picture if a rioter responds).
