Which summoned have troll records?
Once I saw a link to a website where I could search up summoned and see if people commented bad behavior about them and such. I've forgotten the urf, does anyone know?

Considering Riot actively discourages such sites (doesn't let them use the API, doesn't let comments like that on the boards, etc), I don't think you'll find the URL you're looking for here.
Worth pointing out it would all be a bunch of hear-say. You'll end up tainting your opinion of a teammate based on the word of someone you don't know who could just be bias because they had one bad game with the person.
