Half of this is /all. But I remember this being a game with a bunch of premades, where rakan was toxic, teemo went afk (so we ended up losing even though we were ahead). I am pretty sure that rakan convinced his other premades to report me, but

#2 This game is an eve jg that played incredibly selfish that consistently let me and others die so she can cleanup. At some point I was running away and happen to walk by her while being chased, and instead of helping she farmed and then flamed me ("/all report blitz" stuff) because I had the audacity to try to run away by her while she was busy farming instead of helping me (I died without any help, but because she tanked her monster she died too)

This is some premade that immediately raged at me for dying in an invade (got baited while trying to deep ward). Then when I tried to gank mid veigar right after at ~2 min, he went on farming and type in all chat stuff like "report blitz" - this was while I was ganking to try to fish out a flash from his opponent. So I stayed mid after such display of "teamwork". Meanwhile top and jg (premades with mid) ended up like 1-8 and went afk in fountain (not even dc), but of course the 3 premades reported me (not sure about adc).

These chats are missing the "fun" things I got from premades.

I got tilted by getting toxic 4-premades in a row. Pretty much I want to tell Rito to stop putting me on 4-premades, because it is incredibly frustrating to deal with 4 toxic teenagers that are together on a discord and not lose your mind. Especially knowing that regardless of what I do, I get 4 reports and chat bash or get left to die solo while they do their stuff.

So you read these logs and you still think you don't deserve the punishment? Seriously?

You're posting on the NA boards, but you're from EUNE, mate. So I'd think the problem logging in is related to that mix-up.

I just checked the support site for a ticket that I have active, and it's working for me currently, but I'm on North America, and I'm not 100% if that has anything to do with it. To my knowledge it doesn't, but perhaps? I just checked the link as well, and they both take me to the exact same working site. Perhaps try it under a different browser? I'm not sure if you use Chrome/IE/Firefox/etc... but maybe try it with a different one?

And as some of the others said, if you would like, you are welcome to post your logs here while you wait for Support to reply and we can give you feedback as to whether it was potentially a mistake. While we are not Riot employees, there are many Arbiters and other Boards volunteers who assist Riot with the day to day functions here on the Boards, and the rest of us spend quite a bit of time perusing this sub-board. Chances are, if there is something in your logs, we'll be able to find it and maybe help you understand why the Instant Feedback System issued a punishment, or if there is nothing there, we can reassure you while you wait for Support.
