I feel cheated by the system when incredibly toxic players aren't banned.

About 6 months ago, I had one of my accounts banned for mild toxicity, far less than what I see almost every game. I lost several hundred dollars because of this.

I'm not trying to get unbanned, and I understand why I was banned. What I can't understand is how players can get away with saying so much worse than what I said while avoiding bans.

A player in my last game literally said "I hope you get cancer and die" "you retarded fuck kill yourself" "Are you autistic?" "you don't deserve the right to live", and many more.

This all came from one player simply because I didn't gank their feeding lane.

I don't understand why I can skip several stages of punishment right into a permaban for saying 1 line of toxic text, but this player can roam free after saying 10x worse.

It feels like I'm in jail for having a piece of weed, yet murderers are pardoned and allowed to continue roaming the streets.

You can't just ban some players for toxicity, and let people like the riven mentioned above continue to play with no consequences.

they ban based on consistent behavioral reports. It's possible that person wasn't reported for their previous harassments they may have done.

i agree. riot needs to either ban EVERY toxic player. or ban NO toxic player. and stop trying to pick and choose which types of toxicity are worse than others

You have to consistently be "toxic" in order to get banned. I eventually got perma'd after a long time of saying nothing worse than calling my teammates "bad". I've reported alot of people who were legitimately toxic (kill yourself, hope you get cancer, etc), but they are never banned unless they say those things often.

I completely agree. Riot needs to be consistent in their punishing methods. I dont play lol nearly as much as i did because its no fun anymore. Toxic player are overwhelming the game

People don't even understand what toxicity is a few days ago was playing Vlad top and our bots was losing decided to help them tp to bot adc died meanwhile sona sup was full hp with ult up I engaged as enemy varus was like 100 hp and his Leona was like half hp leona landed ult then her blade and then varus ult so I was perma cced and died then I typed in chat these are exact same words I used "wtf sona you had full hp and ult up and then decided to turrethug while your toplaner tried to help your lane" And then they keep on feeding along with mid and then 2nd thing i said in chat was "I can't carry like this 0/6 mid 0/11 sup and still engaging 3v5" and then when game ended sona said "report Vlad for being toxic and salty all game" This is the reason I don't even talk in chat if I am pissed I roll my head on keyboard so that team know I am pissed and they don't get offended and say I am salty and toxic

Yeah, I feel ya. I myself got my sole account permabanned in March, it was platinum 1...reached diamond in 1month on this account from silver. Now I meet trolls and toxic kids each game almost and I swear to God I want to flame so bad....and tbh, after reporting these flamers, the punishment message appears so rarely..And it's truly hard to maintain your calm in these games, let alone try and carry :|

What's even worse than toxic players are trolls in ranked games. I've been reported many times for saying very harsh things to people who troll, and nothing happens to them. But, i'm instead the one who gets punishment. This game is filled with a large amount bullshit.

The same types of people crying here seem to be the same type of people who never own up to their side of anything.

They are perfect, everyone else is wrong, and that is that.

It's called narcissism, one of the dark triad personality traits.

Ban these and the toxic will fade away.

I just had someone intentional feed out the gate. Didn't say a word in champ select, no one talked to him (he picked Katrina suport). Runs down the lanes and feeds 4 kills then starts trolling all over the map, while saying yea riot doesn't ban for fed it's fine I do this all the time. Bleh was frustrating most players from both teams reported... He had done it last 3 games and at least 2 more after ours.... As far as I can tell he's still gong
